Finally some pictures!

I didn't want to upload a gazillion pix on here, so I made slide shows for each of the last 4 months.... you can click on each individual picture if you want to see a certain one more close up. Without further ado... here is April! And May... not nearly as busy as April! And June... a 1st birthday... a trip to the zoo... cheerleading camp... way fun! And finally, July! Another birthday (she is the one who insists on a highchair at 4 years old... not me!), another trip to the zoo, and of course... fireworks!

... not to get too terribly political on here, and for the most part I succeed. But I am a political person by nature... an admitted junkie. The heated Democratic primary this year was absolute heaven for me... and I'm not even a Democrat. (Nor am I a Faux-Publican, a la John McCain... though he is getting a wee bit better. Mitt Romney for Veep!) Anyway... I found this terribly amusing to go along with Newt's comment (and I am paraphrasing here) about Obama's solution to the energy crisis: inflate your tires. After all, the Dems have always been the party of inflation. HA! So, here was the point... I am loving this, but don't have a spare $25 floating around. So I won't be using it to check my tires. While I am on a political kick... these totally crack me up! I am working on a slide show of recent pix... hope to have it up soon!

I know, I know

I am fully aware that it has been ages and ages and ages and ages and ages and ages and ages and ages and ages and ages and ages since I have been on here.... but... Madison (and even Jonah & I for a moment) are on YouTube from the MPL Bug Ball! It was so much fun! Check it out! So, I suppose I should update with pictures and news and stuff... Give me some time to get that organized. Birthdays went well... we are all sick (well, Madison is mostly better now, but the rest of the house is still suffering)... I can't believe school starts in less than a month! Yipes! K
