Holy Mud Bath Batman!

Note to anyone wanting to come watch Madison play soccer this season... don't come unless you like getting dirty! The fields are so muddy! Of course this is great fun for Madison, who loves getting dirty... not so for some other kids who don't appreciate it so much. Yes, that is mud on Madison's face, and you can kind of see the standing water behind her on the field. Yuck! Of course, not to be outdone with messiness... Jonah wants to make sure that he deserves a good scrub in the tub too! Hehe... So, we had Jonah's 9 month appointment earlier this week ( no shots, yay! ) and he is doing great. He's something like 21 lbs or so... I can't remember right now and the paper is in the kitchen... yes, I am that lazy. Anyway... he is just above average all around, and well proportioned. He still does the army dude crawl, though he is really trying to do the hands and knees thing. He finally got himself all the way to his feet yesterday after a couple of days on his knees. He got so excited that he let go to clap for himself and fell and hit his head. I did hug him, since he was crying, but I had to laugh a little bit. Such a boy! I'm hungry... I so want a pizza, but haven't had an oven for 2 weeks now. *sniff* And cookies! I have prepared cookie dough in my refrigerator that I can't bake! Bah! Gotta go make some food on my stovetop... again.
