I am a stay at home mom of a sweet little girl and her little baby brother! Madison was born in July 2004, and my life hasn't been the same ever since. I love staying home with her and Jonah and watching them change a little more with each day!
| No really... she does! Well, okay, maybe she just memorized her favorite book... but that is still something, right? Hehe! She knows more about dinosaurs at 2 than I ever have! There is this place here in Anderson that has a big dino statue out front, and when we drive by it she says "Look Mommy, there is the deinonychus!" The whoosawhatsit? LOL! K |
 She's just too darn cute, isn't she? I think she was a little nervous to see things disappearing from the apartment, but when we went to the house this morning and she saw her "bicycle" and her slide, among other things, I could see the relief on her face! She was so happy, she wanted to jump right on to her tricycle and ride on the driveway. We made a squirrel friend in the backyard and she really really wanted to give him an acorn! The little guy wanted to stay up in his tree though.  Happy Labor Day to all! K |
We get the keys to our new house tonight! Wahoo! Hopefully we will be all moved in by the end of next week. I don't have to work any nights next week, so that will help out.  Everytime we have gone over there, Madison has gone into her bathroom and just stood there. She says "this is MY bathroom!" Then she goes to her bedroom and says "My bed goes here... my dresser goes here... my clothes go here..." It's too cute. She is so excited and she loves the yard! Aaaah.... to have space again. Then I won't have to have a storage space anymore. I will be so glad for that! Madison can stop asking where her other squirrel is because he will be in the same location she is. Hehe... I just tell her "He's not here right now..." Check back later! K |
