*snore* I wish!

Sorry... I guess I just went into a funk when the Colts lost. Still sad. Image Let's be honest, though, I am tired. I wish Madison were asleep. But I promised my dad I would put something up tonight so here I am. Image I was getting ready to do it earlier when the laptop crashed on me. Since Madison is now wide awake, I decided to boot the lunk back up and write something.

Let's see... Madison says "I'm sorry" about everything. Then she says "It's okay", which is the cutest thing I have ever ever heard. If I were smart, I would put an audio of her saying it online so you could see (hear?) just how cute it really is.

I am really hoping to be asleep soon.

Doctor's Appointment

23 lbs 12 oz, 32 inches tall, 18 inch head. She is finally normal! LOL. Well, her head is still kinda small, but she shot up in height. Wahoo! Maybe she won't be a shorty after all! She is doing awesome, though, and the doc was very impressed with how well she could talk. He said she was at a 2 year old level. Hmm... my little smarty pants, lol. He said that may keep her from having so many tantrums since she can get her point across fairly well. I am going to hold her to that!

I'm hungry, but I promised an update, so there it was. Image Check back later!

Oh Maaaaan!!

This is Madison's favorite new phrase, lol. That Swiper!

Okay, I don't even remember what I last posted... I know it has been awhile. LOL. We go for Maddie's 18 month appointment Thursday, so we will see how that goes. She is a walking disaster right now! The girl has no fear! She climbs, falls, bites her tongue so that it bleeds, and gets right back up to climb some more. Yeesh! These toddlers are crazy!

She says at least one new word every day it seems. Watch what you say around her, because she has started repeating everything! She has taken to trying to jump off of the top of her slide, and we grab her and sit her down, telling her to go down on her bottom. So now she says "On my bottom!" Only she sounds like she is saying bum, which would be appropriate also, lol. Luckily, I guess, she can't really form f's or k's yet, so we don't have the "fork" issue many parents have. Image Hers comes out more like tort.

Her eating is getting *somewhat* better. She still wants either toast or Cheerios for breakfast, though she did eat a little bit of a cinnamon roll a few days ago. I guess toast or Cheerios is better for her than a cinnamon roll anyway. Image She prefers her chicken without Shake n Bake I learned tonight. If she took a bite with it she just spit it out, but she gobbled any bit she could get that was plain. She talked a lot about the green beans, but only ate one. Hmm... sound familiar? You will be happy to know, Mommy ate all of her green beans. And yes, there were more than 3 on my plate! Image See, I am almost grown up now! Maybe I will be a real adult by the time I turn 30. That gives me just over a year.

Okay, well, let's see... I can't think of much else to say right now. If I don't come back before Thursday I will definitely come around to let you know how Miss Madison's appointment went. And yes, I do know that is a boat, lol.
